Integral Yoga Centre, Gibraltar welcomed Swami Ramananda Ji from Yogaville, Virginia during the first week of May.

Swami Ramananda, Executive Director of the Integral Yoga Institute in San Francisco has been practicing Yoga for over 40 years. He offers practical methods of integrating Yoga into daily life and using these to realize ones’ full potential.

Swami Ramananda Ji spoke at IYC Gibraltar from 6-7pm on 2nd and 3rdMay 2023. Swami Ramananda  also kindly led the regular Thursday morning Hatha Yoga session which was enjoyed by all
