The word ‘Satsang ‘means sitting in the company of truth. Satsangs are gatherings where communities with similar spiritual goals meet together to experience peace and be uplifted whilst in the energy field of ‘truth, light and love’.  These meetings are normally conducted under the guidance of a spiritual master or teacher. The discourses cover a wide range of spiritual topics that guide the aspirant to discover their own ‘inner light’.
